Force the display resolution (vq)
The vq parameter allows you to force the playback resolution of your video.
Note :
Since this parameter is not officially supported, it probably does not always work.
Even if you force playback resolution, the player will always give priority to the user's login ability.
If it is too weak to play video in HD for example, the player will automatically go into a lower resolution.
vq = : automatic. (Default)
vq = small : 240p.
vq = medium : 360p.
vq = large : 480p.
vq = hd720 : 720p.
vq = hd1080 : 1080p.
vq = hd720 : HD 720 point playback resolution
